Travel Letter For Destination Wedding Save The Date/Invitations For Destination Wedding?

Save the date/Invitations for Destination Wedding? - travel letter for destination wedding

We will have a wedding in Jamaica in August 2007. The announcement last week a letter of commitment that we make a destination wedding, and we can choose between 3 nights and 7 nights. We asked them to let us know if they think they would go. I wanted to send to save the magnets and a letter with all the travel information as soon as I (in weeks) ... Then closer to the invitations to the royal wedding. Now it seems pointless to me ... Skip, I can save the date magnets (although I love her!) And you send the site information in a few weeks to travel? All that should be what with all the information sent soon, because no one will need to provide book and a down payment. I do not know in what order or sequence of everything .. Help!

I suggest that you send to the storage of the data. There is an additional expense, but it is really necessary to provide all details for those who might be interested as soon as possible, to obtain. Formal invitations should go up closer to The Wedding Date.

Maybe if / when you send Save the date could be the opportunity to receive the e-mail anywhere in the world, too. It would be a good way to stay connected to make regular updates available, and a constant support of contact for all your guests. Destination weddings are beautiful, but much work!

But back to the CAP, which is what I would do:

ASAP: Save the data and all data can travel as a whole. Also want all customers on their e-mail (and why)

Over the next 9 months: Provide more information on accommodation, travel, etc. it can for the guests. Updates, information on attractions in the resort or island, to do special promotions, etc. Keep all informed.

) In 10 months (June: Send out invitations. At this point, everyone should have all the information you have about traveling, and so on. It should be planning a lot easier for everyone (including you!)

And KittyRogers make a poster ... You really need to get over himself. It is not trying to make big business and make things easier for your guests! If I want a wedding destination, I do not know * *, 2 months before I have to spit out the dough, if I wanted to go invited! Know all the details in advance to help everyone. If you are independently wealthy then good for you! But most of us * * PATTERN our vacation a little early!

My experience is that people commit so quickly, if we can get the data - so it is good to send reminders, but more than likely, they say, who will they go next only to bottom.

Honey, I think you're on the right track. And Kitty is ab * tch. God, I do not think that you have said nothing to say that she was the center of the universe. I agree with you that you send multiple reminders. I think a magnet would be a good idea. I think it's a good idea to send the magnet with travel information. They should not put magnets and invite them to send another, if the marriage is imminent. It is a little different than with a destination wedding because people need more time to plan, obtain travel information is important for them. But at the same time, it would be nice to invite an official to obtain another big day.
I think what we are doing is good!

I think the message he sent to all and is a Save-the-mention rate on the day of release, and if you, The Wedding Date on them. If you do not already speak of a certain date, was more "general" letter, then I think we should go ahead and send employees to save the day now for information, need to have the people.

Do not send alerts at the earliest date to be - 6-10 weeks in advance - it's too early. (And remember that even if you say that you save your receipt, the date, he can not demonstrate that the label indicates that there is still need to send a formal invitation to time.)

Wow! I think people have the nerve (Kitty). uuy do what her husband wants. Personally, I would like to keep memories of events that are beautiful and serve as a reminder. Recently, I had to marry a family member at a different location and number of shares that day. take the time before marriage and good luck!
