I live in California, so I do not know which countries are closest to, but about Riu. They are all inclusive (alcohol and soft drinks included) and have the whole world! This is the stay at our hotel, we have the honeymoon, and I think they have enough decent prices w / his hotel in Mexico.
Do not go on a cruise! (Sorry to those who said this). Cruise ships, with tiny rooms unless ridiculously expensive to upgrade to the large room and drive yourself crazy in less than a day when you are squeezed into this small space!
